At Outdoorsiness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and patio essentials. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, hardware, and assembly instructions are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
